I LOVE baked sweet potatoes!  I will eat them without a thing on them, lightly salted, covered in butter, soaked in brown sugar and marshmallow.  Pretty much however a sweet potato is served I’m game!  That being said Texas Roadhouse consistently has one of the best baked sweet potatoes I’ve ever eaten.  It’s perfectly baked every time.
